The perfect candidate has a well rounded general management profile with a strong sales background in a production environment. Reports directly to the Managing Director Global Business.
Key Attributes:
Sales oriented: knows how to design/manage distribution channel, effectively structure and motivate.
Well rounded: person must have a ‘wide comfort zone’, hands on, and displays a strong problem solving ability.
Person must have high ‘commercial IQ’, which is defined as displaying (i) quick grasp of new “business concepts” and (ii) problem solving skill combined with ability to work with people (friendly & personable).
