Job Purpose:
To provide a total functioning of Operations and Supply Chain processes by ensuring effective and efficient provision of plant, equipment services and utilities so that business value is added to the OpCo. Safety, Quality and Productivity are of paramount importance.

Key Performance Area:
Site Services, Site Capacity, Site Maintenance and Repairs, Maintenance of Standards and Governance, Capital Expenditure Management and General Management.

Person Specification:
Strong, proactive leadership ability coupled with a sense of urgency for delivery of outputs. Analytical with the ability to diagnose, trouble-shoot, interpret data, propose and implement improvements, follow through and track performance.

Strong Change Management skills, People Leadership skills, role model, culturally aware person.
